Construction Superintendent, Federal Program | South Dakota
BLDR Construction Recruiting is leading a confidential search for a Construction Superintendent to run field operations on a major federal defense program for a general contractor with a long federal and commercial track record. This is a traveling assignment with full housing and per diem support.
The Role
You will lead the jobsite from mobilization through closeout: managing subcontractors and self perform crews, building and maintaining the schedule, enforcing safety, running quality control, and coordinating inspections and closeout.
What You Bring
5+ years of federal construction experience in a field leadership role
QCM certification, or the ability to obtain it
Experience with RFIs, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software; OSHA 30 preferred
Willingness to travel for a long term assignment; drug screen and background check required
Compensation
$95,000 to $140,000 base salary
$3,700 per month housing allowance
$2,200 per month per diem
