The Role
You will lead estimating and planning across multiple concurrent projects from concept through GMP, keep pricing aligned with clients and design teams as design evolves, and shape how the department estimates and plans.
What You Bring
7 to 10 years of Preconstruction or estimating experience in commercial construction
Experience delivering accurate GMP estimates
A disciplined, process driven approach
Compensation
