Project Manager | Minnesota
BLDR Construction Recruiting is leading a confidential search for a Project Manager with a national design build firm. Project Managers here own their work end to end, with full responsibility for project performance, client satisfaction, and profit and loss.
The Role
You will run projects from Preconstruction through closeout with no handoffs, primarily ground up multifamily and industrial work with select tenant improvements, in a close knit local office with direct access to leadership.
What You Bring
2 to 10 years of construction management or engineering design experience; earlier career candidates are encouraged
Ties to the Midwest or a real interest in building a long term career in Minnesota
An ownership mindset and an appetite for P&L responsibility
Compensation
Strong base salary based on experience
Performance bonus program with six figure potential
