BLDR Construction Recruiting is leading a confidential search for a Project Manager with a smaller, growing commercial general contractor in Texas.
The Role
The company builds ground up commercial projects almost exclusively, with a strong track record in healthcare, education, and office work. You will own projects from Preconstruction through completion and work directly with owners, architects, and company leadership.
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial construction project management
Comfort running projects in the $10M to $25M range
Healthcare, education, or office experience strongly preferred
Compensation
