BLDR Construction Recruiting is leading a confidential search for a Project Manager with a long established Northwest commercial general contractor known for its culture and community roots.
The Role
You will provide overall leadership on your projects, including day to day execution, cost, quality, risk, safety, and schedule, while building strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
What You Bring
5+ years of project management experience, including projects of $20M to $75M
A commercial general contractor background
A track record of mentoring project team members
Compensation
$108,000 to $139,000 base salary
Annual bonus based on company and individual performance
401(k) with a dollar for dollar match up to 6%
Relocation assistance available
