BLDR Construction Recruiting is leading a confidential search for a Project Manager to join a lean, fast growing office of a national design build firm.
The Role
You will own projects from Preconstruction through closeout: concept budgets and value engineering, subcontractor buyout, schedules and logistics with the Superintendent, OAC meetings, and cost reporting. Work spans sports, office, warehouse, medical, and retail, both ground up and large tenant improvements.
What You Bring
About 5 years of construction management or engineering design experience
A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
Ties to the Midwest or a real interest in building a career in Wisconsin
Compensation
Strong base salary based on experience
