BLDR Construction Recruiting is leading a confidential search for a Senior Estimator to lead estimating for a growing commercial and industrial general contractor, reporting to the Executive Vice President.
The Role
You will lead estimating for commercial, industrial, and renovation bids across all building trades and systems, analyze project scopes, and bring value engineering insight to every pursuit.
What You Bring
4+ years in a senior estimating or Preconstruction role
CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) experience
A record of winning competitive bids in the Western US
Compensation
Up to $135,000 base salary, depending on experience
