Superintendent, Special Projects (Healthcare) | Washington
BLDR Construction Recruiting is leading a confidential search for a Superintendent to run healthcare special projects for an established Pacific Northwest general contractor. This is a high priority search, and leadership is interviewing now.
The Role
You will lead small, complex projects inside active hospitals and medical facilities, owning the field from mobilization through closeout. Projects typically run $1M to $5M.
What You Bring
5+ years as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred; K-12 and higher education experience also valued
A background in the trades, with an apprenticeship or equivalent experience
Compensation
$105,000 to $175,000 base salary
Annual bonus based on company and individual performance
